Located in El Passeig del Mar, with Rambla Vidal, the best location in Sant Feliu de Guíxols and in front of the best area of the beach (1 minute walk, crossing the Passeig). One minute from the market, the best shopping and restaurants.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with en suite bathrooms, lovely patio, Beach 1 minute away. And with a capacity of 6 people (1 suite room with double bed, the second room also a suite with two single beds, the third room with two single beds.
Inside there is a beautiful interior patio with flowers and furniture. The apartment is located in a noble estate from the 19th century.
Recently listed and renovated, it is an ideal design house to spend a few days of rest in an absolutely unique place, decorated with elegant and quality furniture.

From the dining room you can access the spectacular patio in blue and green tones, with lots of vegetation, the teardrop lamp, porch with table for eating in the summer.
The kitchen is modern, separated by a large window with a view and direct access to the patio. Fully equipped and conditioned with induction cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and all kinds of small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, Minipimer, iron and ironing board.

From the same floor, which is located in front of the promenade, you can access the city center from any of its sides, on the right is the rambla with its own atmosphere, in front is the beach and the promenade and on the left you access the town hall, market and city center, all just 100 m away.
The car will not be necessary for your stay and if you do have one, you can easily park in a nearby parking space
Sant Feliu de Guíxols is one of the central places on the Costa Brava.A few minutes by car you can access the coastal paths, listed as a World Heritage Site, or the urbanization of La Conca (S'Agaró vell) listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.As well as nearby towns. Platja d'Aro is just 4 kilometers away, with its shops, leisure, summer activities, restaurants and bars.

This is a fantastic apartment however I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with small children. It is decorated very nicely and not good for little fingers. We have older children so it was great for them. The location was amazing. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots/pans.
Pick up of key was very inconvenient for location. Cost me $17 euro to take a taxi from town to the office and then drop off when leaving. The women in the office were very kind and helpful though. Very quick to answer questions and happy to help.
We went at the end of July when the summer fest was beginning. The street noise in the front room was non-stop in the evening and night. Just be aware of that. However the other two bedrooms had no noise at all. It was not a problem.

lived in apartments in the 5th (4 adults and 1 child). apartments are very beautiful, stylish, appliances, utensils all have, for living. the location is excellent, 2 steps from the sea. Our stay was overshadowed only by the beginning of the festival, which is held annually. The scene was put almost under our windows. the music was loud enough and we could not sleep until 4 am every day. The apartment was quite clean (bathrooms, kitchen, but it was very dirty under the beds, we cleaned ourselves there). I recommend the apartment.

one of the best places we have ever stayed. Near to everything 0 beach, restuarant and market. the appartment is full furnished and beautiful.
