We stayed for a week with our family of four (two grade school sons), our dog, and my sister. The place had everything we needed and was spotless. The decor was eclectic and Colorado!
The beds were comfortable. The two en-suite bathrooms and third full bathroom made everything smooth and easy.
I’m addition to being a short drive from amazing skiing, we all loved the proximity to a great hiking area and the access to the fitness center.
We were all sad to leave.

The property is a great location- easy access to Beaver Creek and Avon. Highly recommend eating at Juniper and Craftsman in Edwards. The owner was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. We were there in peak season- so cleaning lady was not finished with cleaning when we arrived (but I understand that). Carpet needs to be replaced in master bath area- subfloor is exposed. Faucet handle fell off in master bath. Needs better lighting in bedrooms.
Other than that- great location and felt that given Christmas is the most expensive time to go- it was a good value for the money. The major plus of this property is the owner- who is very easy to work with and also offers access to the Homewood Court Club- which was a nice workout facility. The linens were good (agree with prior reviews) and the record player is cool (loved the John Denver and Jim Croce).

This property was perfect for our family of 4 (plus our 2 dogs) for a ski vacation. Evan was fantastic - very responsive and able to offer lots of great tips. And the house was just what we needed, with a good location, pretty friendly house and neighborhood, and enough room for my wife and I and our two teenage kids.
