About this house rental
Immaculate three bedroom home located in a lovely South Yarmouth neighborhood. This light and bright home boasts hardwood flooring and new furnishings throughout its generous layout.
Upon walking in, you will be greeted with beachy decor and plenty of room for your family to spread out. The living area with split unit air conditioning opens up to the dining room with seating for 6 and a glass sliding door leading to the back deck. Here you will find access to outdoor seating, gas grill and a newly landscaped lawn with enclosed outside shower. Through the dining room, you will find a well equipped kitchen providing a comfortable cooking space and access to an enclosed porch where you will also have access to the washer/dryer. In the hallway, you will pass by the updated full size bathroom with a tub/shower. Down the hallway will be three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and split unit air conditioning. The master bathroom will feature another full size bathroom with stand up shower.

Our stay at 109 Quartermaster Row was great! The location to beaches and restaurants couldn't have been better. It was very noticeable that the house had been recently updated and additional projects are in process (i.e. enclosing outdoor shower) Furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses etc.A suggestion for the primary BR would be to add a bureau and TV. The TV in one BR worked sporadically and the other did not have a fire-stick control. We would consider renting again and recommend this home (cottage) to family and friends. Thank you, Mary

The house was everything you would want for a rental...pristine, beautiful new furniture and decor, comfortable, new beds and a location convenient to all we wanted to get to. Having two full baths was wonderful for the five people staying and having a washer and dryer made for less packing. Kitchen layout was easy, and new, large refrigerator was so helpful. Great place!

The Cottage was centrally located and close to Rte 6, a variety of beaches, shops,restaurants, ice cream shops and near Bass River Bridge. Cottage was spanking clean, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and comfortable living room seating. We've rented with MMR for years and they are always easy to reach and quickly responsive when there is any issue. Since this was a brand new rental, we found a few minor things lacking like measuring cups, spoons, Tupperware, and sharp knives which we quickly remedied with a stop at the dollar store. We left whatever we needed with the cottage for subsequent renters. All in all a lovely stay and a wonderful vacation for our family.
