About this house rental
This condo on North Padre Island has all the conveniences of home and all the relaxing comforts of beach living.
A spacious condo of 1556 sq. ft with two stories of bedrooms and generous living space. A small condominium complex with only 10 units sharing the pool. Each bedroom has a balcony with a view of Lake Padre or the pool. Convenient to great restaurants and stores--yet walking distance to the beach!

There is no tax on a monthly stay.
An open floor plan, with comfy seating and bedding, and balconies for each room.
After a day at the beach, enjoy a relaxing evening sitting poolside or lounge in your own furnished privately fenced patio, or there's always the 65in smart TV and WiFi and board games.
Your vacation condo has a private attached garage, plus plenty of driveway and curbside parking available. You can bring your boat/watercraft with no parking worries. The unit is equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots, pans, spices etc.
There is a Keurig and regular coffee pot for the coffee lovers (bring your own K-cups).

The host was very accommodating and the condo/townhouse was clean and well-equipped.
