Welcome to the beautiful Canyon Road Home. This house is in a wonderful location, with amazing mountain views. Situated close to the mouth of Provo Canyon, it sits on a spacious 1 acre yard, and is just minutes from BYU and downtown Provo, and a short 20 minute drive to Sundance. The Canyon Road Home serves as the perfect home base for local activities!
This home has been newly remodeled and boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and offers ample parking. It sits across the street from the brand new, 7.5 acre Quail Orchard Park. Quail Orchard Park has a large playground, several open fields, as well as pickleball courts!
This home is surrounded by large, mature trees, and sits back off the road, to offer guests a secluded and relaxing retreat. Three large seating areas provide the perfect hang out for large groups, and all bedrooms are equipped with a 4K smart TV. We loved our stay there. It was clean, it was spacious and had everything we needed. Our whole family, and extended family, enjoyed our time together. I would absolutely stay here again.

We are so grateful for our time in this gorgeous and very large home. The host, Alexander, was so kind. We were in town for business and the location was very close to downtown Provo and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Beautiful and private location. It was perfect. We would absolutely stay there again.
