We had a great time! The place was clean, cozy, and had what we needed! It would helpful for the VRBO listing to include details about the washer and dryer. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Upon checking in the first thing you smell is a heavy smoke smell. Then after walking through the house, we find the kitchen is dirty. The floors are really sticky back. The carpet has not been vacuumed and the trashcan is overflowing at the curb I sent a message through the Vrbo app. They didn’t tell me to contact the housekeeper by the next morning I have heard nothing. I tried the housekeeper multiple times with no answer so I’ll go back to the Vrbo app and they say they will have to find a way to get a hold of her several hours later I get a call finally from the housekeeper, letting me know somebody’s already there cleaning and they don’t smell smoke. They smell burnt food. We hadn’t even cooked anything when we make it back to the Vrbo. It still smells like smoke in the bathrooms that have exhaust fans so I let the housekeeper know she didn’t ask me if I know what smoke smells like because she believes it’s sewer smell. It’s not sewer smell. I know what smoke smell smells like. We decided we just had to deal with it because they weren’t going to get the smell out. Sunday morning at 3:30 AM we find out we have no power. The power company worked on it all morning in about 8:30 a.m.,as we’re checking out. We finally get power back after we showered and got ready in the dark.How the house is listed is not easy to contact someone because it’s listed by evolve but evolved don’t own the house. It was not a good experience and we will not be back with this company again!
