Villa Beth is situated in the exclusive location of Puntaldia, a luxury enclave for golf and boat lovers, just few kilometers far from the town of San Teodoro, which offers many restaurants, markets, bars, concerts and evening entertainment.
It is a unique accommodation as it is located by the sea and in front of a golf field at the same time.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
This charming property is composed of five bedrooms: four double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, three bathrooms and a big, new, private pool of design. Air conditioning in the living room and in four bedrooms contribute to more comfort during the hottest days. A huge garden with sea view and manicured green lawn, a big gazebo with barbecue facing the sea will afford you to enjoy relaxing and lovely dinners together with your family or friends.
Golf players will appreciate the "Golf Club Puntaldia" which enjoys seaviews.
San Teodoro is one of the most charming and evocative tourist resorts in the north-east of Sardinia. From the Villa you can easily reach beautiful white sandy beaches, such as Lu Impostu, La Cinta and the famous Cala Bandinchi, and the islands of Tavolara and Molara, which are rich in coves with granite rocks and crystal-clear waters.

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.
NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is provided, the practice management costs of 25.00 euros will be retained in addition to the costs of the transfer

We are a very large family and were looking for an accommodation that could accommodate us all comfortably, and the staff at Sardinia Unlimited was impeccable in this; Villa Beth was simply suited to our needs. We enjoyed pleasant swimming in the pool and the truly unique panoramic view. We also visited the most famous beaches in the area and I must admit that I was amazed by their beauty, very fascinating! A vacation I would recommend to everyone
