Property is calm, clean, and quiet. The units are very clean and elegant. You’re very close to the beach, bike rentals, and a couple local shops. The area encourages walking, biking, and golf cart rentals.

The property was very clean and perfect for my husband and I. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the proximity to the pool. The only problem was the noise. We could hear every step made in the condo right above us. There were two small children who ran up and down the hallway. Thankfully they went to bed early so it did not interrupt our sleep, but it is annoying after awhile.

Very nice rental with good location. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the noise level from the condo above was unbearable. There is no sound barrier-you can hear everything (every step, TV, toilet flushing)! We had very loud neighbors during our stay, making time in our rental not pleasant.
