Lu-Zan Suites – Suite B is a one bedroom suite located in the historic commercial district of New Iberia on the only brick street in town. Walking distance to downtown and Bouligny Plaza, home of the Annual World Championship Gumbo Cook-off and Sugarcane Festival.
It is also walking distance to the farmers market, food truck festival, nearby restaurants, shopping and night clubs. Shadows on the Teche is also walking distance (six blocks through historic downtown). The suite comes with a full kitchen, queen size bed, sleeper sofa, cable TV, free WIFI, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker and much more. Small dogs are always welcome.
If Suite B is booked, check out its sister suite right next door - Suite A.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The property was exactly as described—clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy the area, while still being peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. We would highly recommend this property!

Yes we enjoyed the very clean accommodations. Dodi (sp)was very helpful to see if we needed anything. Thanks for getting my hearing aid to me that was sent in the mail. We almost didn't come this year because of our age but we made it again!!Thanks for a nice place.

Great location to everything. Beautiful rental had all of the comforts of home. Quiet and safe as a solo traveler. Communication with Mrs Linda the host was excellent. Check in instructions were provided in a timely manner and were easy. I will be staying here again soon. Highly recommend this rental.
