About this chalet rental
In the winter directly to the lifts, in summer close to hiking trails or mountain bike trails. Then relax in the infrared sauna, or enjoy a snack with a glass of wine in front of the hut. All amenities of this small chalets, which will make your holiday special.
The skiing, hiking, and mountain biking area is right on your doorstep! Ski-in / ski-out is possible with enough snow. This takes you to ski tracks directly to Zirbenwaldbahn or back to the house.
Our feel-good Feriendomiziel with approximately 35 square meters was completed in the summer 2015th Old meets new! It's an interesting mix of an old hunting / trophy hut with a new cultivation for kitchen and bathroom. The chalet is situated in the midst of larch and stone pine forest of the Turracherhöhe on (guaranteed snow) 1700m.
You enter a vestibule in the living, dining area with a small fireplace.
Directly connected to the living area in cultivation is the fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob and fan oven with microwave) and the newly furnished bathroom with heated floors, walk-in shower, heated towel rails and infra-red sauna. Precisely this is after a hard ski / hiking excellent to warm up and relax.
The sleeping accommodation located in the loft in the form of bunk beds. On the one hand for adults (double bed) and on the other side for children / young people (single bed). Both sleeping facilities are easily accessible by a wooden ladder.
If the rise of the loft bed is not desired, there is also the possibility of transforming the sofa bed in the living room as a double bed.
In the anteroom of the hut there is enough space to stow winter jackets, ski clothing, ski boots and Others and to dry.
Of course, the cabin via Wireless Internet and a new LCD flatscreen TV offers.
Your car can be parked on a specially created parking space in front of the chalet. Especially in winter there on the Turrach due to the amount of snow little parking. The parking space is reserved for you and next to the house.
The ski lifts, shops, bars, restaurants and also the Turracher Lake are just a short walk from the chalet.
The chalet is currently (with a maximum of three children by arrangement) rented to 2 people.
The rental is in principle for an occupancy of 2 persons. Per person more extra charges (- € / child up to 14 years 10, - adult 20 €) will be charged additionally per night. Please ask for this, your individual offer.

The Chalet was perfect for 2 adults, well equipped and the added bonus of the sauna was very welcome.
It is a 10-15 min walk uphill to the resort, where unfortunately due to the time of year there was quite a bit of building work going on.
The area is fabulous for hiking.
Communication with the owner and house keeper was good.
The road to the property is more of a track, which needs to be approached with care.
Overall, a fabulous week away.

The cabin is great and in a fantastic position. It is very well equipped apart from the bedding quality and especially the pillows which were extremely poor quality and had a bad impact on sleep. If the pillows were improved I would have no issue staying in this cabin again.
The service was great, pleasant and efficient.
Overall I would recommend this property but would note that the bedding (pillows) need to be improved.
