Location and view were amazing. We love Beachside One. Unit showing wear and tear and needs updating but was clean and came with a golf cart.

Great location and beautiful views! I’ve never stayed at Sandestin before and the properties in this area were beautiful. There was so much to explore! We had a blast on the golf cart and my kiddos loved riding the golf cart to Baytown Wharf. Such a fun spot! This condo is definitely the least crowded, compared to all the others in the area. We had plenty of room on the beach! The property management company was very responsive when some minor issues occurred and they took care of them, ASAP! The condo shows some wear and tear but it was very clean!! I might suggest adding some hangers in the closets and maybe some Tupperware too. Overall, great stay! Can’t wait to be back!

We loved our rental. It was spacious, spotless and beautiful. The location was perfect. The master bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest would be a new toilet seat for the master bath and the register in the main area was away from the wall.
