An exceptional house !!! Ideally located, magnificent sea view with a private swimming pool of 10m by 5m, 500m from the beach, close to the village of Castellammare. All comfort : WIFI, air conditioning, ping pong table, 2 paddles at disposal, barbecue, solarium (outside cushions, deckchairs), terrace (outside living room), large living room with family sofa, TV, cable, netflix, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen (all accessories for cooking), spacious bedrooms...!! Paradise on earth! So don't hesitate, do as all my tenants do, treat yourself! You will discover a magical region with its wonderful inhabitants. Between Palermo and Trapani, a stone's throw from Segesta, Scopello and the nature reserve of Zingaro one of the most beautiful in Italy!

We spent a week in Philippe's beautiful villa - the views are exceptional, location is great and Philippe is the best host! Already looking forward to another stay. It was the perfect place for our family (we travelled with an infant and toddler). Can't recommend enough!

This villa was outstanding in every way. The view from the terrace and pool area was magnificent overlooking the sea. The interior of the house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Philppe the owner had thoughtfully stocked the fridge with water, a platter of cold meats and cheese, watermelon and wine to welcome us. He provided lots of information including restaurant recommendations which proved very useful. I would just point out that although the villa is within walking distance of the beach it is extremely hilly so i would suggest a car is needed if staying here.Having said that, overall I could not find fault and thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Sicily and will definitely be back.

Stunning property in a lovely area close to shops and the main town. Great a/c (much needed as we had one day at 45 degrees!) and lovely clean place with everything you need for a perfect holiday.
