About this house rental
This charming lakefront offers fantastic lake views, large yard, dense trees, good parking and a boat slip on adjacent private community dock situated in a great location, located in a quiet cove. This spacious home has a large, attached lake view deck for that perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Unwind at the shoreline deck and gazebo at the end of the day. This house now takes dogs!
With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.
After hours check in will be self-check in that we will set up upon request.
All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.
You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.
A four bedroom, single story home. The four bedrooms are down one hallway with two bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen, the second has a queen and double, the thirds has a queen, and the fourth has a double bed and bunk beds. Large living and dining area, with kitchen separated by a single wall and counter space.
The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.
Dogs are allowed
** This property does have outdoor cameras. There are no cameras indoors and no cameras face indoors. These cameras are for safety purposes.

The house was a perfect place for our get together, the gazebo by the lake was awesome and we had plenty of room for a big family gathering including extended family from a nearby house as well. It was well outfit, we really couldn't have asked for more, things like coffee makers, glasses, silverware, cutting boards, we never struggled to 'make do' we always had enough and quality items. Highly recommended especially given the outdoor space. I found the staff very easy to work with, helpful in choosing the right location, and very attentive when something needed doing. A very professional group!
