Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 27 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Décines-Charpieu, in eastern Lyon (17 km from Lyon center), with wifi (fiber optics) and able to accommodate up to 2 travelers. The apartment is adjacent to the owners' main residence. Located on the first floor, it comprises a pretty living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), and a bay window that lets you enjoy the outdoors and the light.
If you're looking for peace and quiet, come and stay at Le Petit Enclos, just a stone's throw from the shores of the Grand Large.
The accommodation comprises
- Entrance: airlock, corridor with storage cupboard, leading to a new door leading to the apartment.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge and cooking utensils. A work surface, semi-high table and two stools.
- The lounge area, with sofa, TV and JBL speaker for Bluetooth music.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), a chest of drawers and a small closet.
- A bathroom with a shower, small washbasin, clothes hook, WC, and small towel dryer.

- A terrace to enjoy the fine weather, with a table and two chairs, on artificial turf.
The town of Décines-Charpieu, on the edge of the Grand-Large reservoir, is an ideal place for a stroll. The town is home to the Groupama Stadium (soccer matches, concerts), OL Vallée, LDLC Arena (concerts, ASVEL europa league basketball matches). The All in Country Club (premium sports complex).
At the end of the street, you'll find Avenue Jean-Jaurès, the town's main thoroughfare, with bakery, tobacconist, newsagent, restaurant (ARA: Armenian restaurant), florist, hairdresser, grocery store...
