About this chalet rental
Relax with your family in the CaLME chalet, a new construction with an up-to-date, spacious, chic and warm feel. Designed to accommodate families with an exceptional location, 5 minutes from Mont Blanc and 15 minutes from Tremblant. You will find three closed bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, two full bathrooms and a private spa on the covered terrace. With hotel-quality bedding and 2 full lounges, it's even better than at the hotel! Beautiful, quiet area and close to everything. A wide range of activities to do in the region according to the seasons.
The accommodation
You will find, on the first floor, a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower and laundry area, kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. Access to the spa is through the patio door, in the dining room. Upstairs, you will find a 2nd bedroom with queen bed, the 3rd bedroom with the 2 bunk beds (2x single over double), the 2nd bathroom with podium bath and separate shower. There is a second living room upstairs, with a sofa bed, a smart TV, DVD player, vintage game console and foosball. Although there are only 3 bedrooms, 2 families of 2 adults and 2 children can stay comfortably. The maximum number of adults is 7 as the single bunk beds cannot accommodate adults.
The sheets of the single beds are stored in the bedroom closet and can be installed by the parents of the children who want to sleep there. No bedding for the sofa bed.
Passenger access via smart digital lock.
The entire chalet is at your disposal for the duration of your stay.

Hot tub, and NES was a nice touch. Had everything we needed to cook. Stairs can be slippery for children

The cabin is very well stocked. Everything you need and more is provided. The cabin is a good size. Our family of six plus a dog were very comfortable. The cabin was very clean when we arrived. The area was very quiet. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening.The beds were very comfortable.The host were very good and replied to a few issues we had right away.A few negatives that we experienced.The roadside decom box had not been emptied in a while and smelled really bad. We had to move it from the entrance area.There was some issues with the dishwasher program and it would not start. The host did answer our call right away and tried to help us fix the issue. We only got it working on our last day. We spent a lot of time trying to reset the dishwasher. For most of our stay we had to hand wash the dishes.The air conditioner from the beginning of our stay was not working well. It was comfortable on the main floor but the second floor was warm.On the second day of our stay the air conditioner started leaking water. By the end of the day water was pouring out of the machine.We did contact the host who responded right away and sent someone.As we suspected the filter was totally blocked. Once that was taken care of the leaking stopped and the house became very cool. As I have already stated the host did respond to us immediately about both issues. But still I think more attention to pre rental verification needs to be done. All in all a nice stay.
