Great beach house getaway for the family. This house has so much space. The living area was perfect for the 5 of us to all sit comfortably and hang out. The bedrooms were great, comfortable beds. Nice deck space on both decks for playing games and watching the sunset. This place is also just steps from a public beach access which was wonderful, made going to the beach a breeze. Just a heads up we could not find beach towels so remember to bring some, or buy some at the shops. This place is also fairly close to lots of shops, very walkable area. Our only issue was the grill was so rusted we could not get the knobs to turn, but we just cooked on the stove inside. The pool was INCREDIBLE. It was a great size and there was plenty of pool noodles to relax and float with after a day at the beach. We did pay to heat the pool, and it was worth it. The hot tub was also an awesome feature. We had a wonderful time and would return!

Positives- excellent location from across the beach access, 2nd and 3rd floors easily accessible via stairs, great air conditioner. Negatives- very dated/used/dirty couch, 5 bikes on-site and none worked, Torn outside cushions, broken bathroom door handle that we had to fix. No awnings on the 2 - 2nd floor outside sitting areasPlace definitely needs a little more TLC so it doesn't look so used and ragged. Pictures on the posting definitely need to be updated because they don't reflect what is available onsite in the garage. Listing says 2 queen beds on 2nd floor but they are full beds. Only 2 beach chairs available and no beach wagon. I would not stay here again
