-Modern workspace equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and office supplies.
-Inviting gas fireplace for those chilly evenings.
-Books, magazines, and board games for entertainment.
THE KITCHEN
-Fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances: refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
-Coffee & tea bar with a Nespresso machine, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, and an assortment of coffee pods and teas.
-Complimentary pantry essentials: olive oil, spices, sugar, and more.
-Gracious dining area for four with.

-Comfortable IKEA double-size bed with Egyptian cotton linen.

"Zoka was the most amazing host I've had, she was so welcoming and accommodated our every need. My partner and i have a cozy beautiful romantic getaway for the weekend, the place was decorated so beautifully. She made us feel so welcomed. I highly recommend staying here. Will be coming back".

"I stayed at Zoka’s place for a few nights while in Whitby. While to location was a bit of a walking distance to the downtown area (20 minutes or so), by vehicle it was only about 5min. The area was very quiet. The apartment is in the basement and had all the features on would need for a great stay. Zoka lived upstairs with her family and was barely noticeable. Overall, I would stay at Zokas place again and would recommend it to others who are looking for a quiet place to stay".

"The space is so beautiful and wonderfully decorated. The calming and relaxing ambience is outstanding! The pool table is great and very fun! Everything you need is provided here so there is no hassle.The host is so gracious, kind and welcoming and ensured we checked in and out happy and satisfied with our stay! Highly recommended! 10/10"
