If you want the countryside 30 minutes from Piazza di Spagna, museums and monuments, if you want to relax and a rustic environment with all comforts, this cottage is for you! Wooden roof, washing machine, dining room with fireplace for good barbecues and a lovely outdoor space in the garden ...... Free Internet access, microwave, satellite TV. Bus, coffee and minimarket 100 mt, by a 20-minute subway trip from Montebello station - or by car - you arrive in Rome center: the train stops at Piazzale Flaminio, near Villa Borghese....And you can easily walk to Piazza di Spagna and Trevi Fountain, or take the line B, to Colosseum or Vatican ..... Breakfast-on-demand in summer. Total price: linen for the bed, towels, water, gas, electricity, heating (or air conditioning), final cleaning, garage or parking are included.

On our trip through Italien we made a stop in this house for three days to visit Rom. We've found the house without big problems and the host welcomed us personally. The house has all man needs for short or long stay and has recalled my memory about my childhood in the house of grandmother.
It was very comfortable and pleasant to spent the time in this house and i can only recommend it to all, who want to get the spirit of Rom.
Communication with Emanuela (hostess) was very easy. She was always ready to help.

Perfect cottage in the country. Rome is just a short train ride away, but once home it feels like the hustle and bustile of the city is long forgotten. Beautiful garden with wonderful flowers! The hostess, Emanuela, is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. A truely wonderful woman! She made sure that every aspect of our stay was a good as it could be, from the warm hello, to the fond farwell, she makes you feel like family. A perfect spot for someone who is willing to comute to Rome to see the sites, but wants some peace and quiet afterwords. I highly, highly recomend this place, and would (and hope to) definatly stay here again!
