Cool in summer and heated in winter, this 3-room apartment, located on the ground floor, has a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds or 1 double bed, a small shower room, a kitchen-living room with direct access to the private, equipped terrace.
The private pool and the garden are reserved ONLY for you.
Rest and relaxation are guaranteed in the beautiful shaded private garden equipped with hammocks and deck chairs.
For those who want to go to the sea, Marina di Grosseto can be reached in just 30 minutes by car. Fantastic beaches and crystal clear water can be found on the island of Giglio or on the beach of Cala Violina. For those who want to explore the hinterland, our apartment is an ideal starting point to visit the beautiful Etruscan villages such as Sorano, Sovana and Pitigliano. Scansano is a "must" for wine connoisseurs, Siena can be reached in just 60 km. Massa Marittima, Capalbio, Monte Argentario, the Terme di Saturnia and Petriolo and much more are all worth a day trip. Even Rome and Florence can be reached in about 2 hours by car.

This realy is a nice place to find rest and to relax. The house has everything that is needed for this. The area is quiet and agricultural. A car is needed to discover the beautiful Tuscany or to go to the beach. Two nice cats will visit you, begging for food, every time you eat outside. And (very rarely) the sound and smell of the cows of the farm nearby will reach your ears and nose. The inside of the house is well protected against the mosquitoes, but if you sit outside, you must take care of your own protection.

We had a wonderfull time, we were pleasently supprised that in one of the bedrooms was an aircondition which was great because it was38-39C. The garden is great with lost of shade.
In the village is a nice place to eat between the Italians,
If you like peace And quiet in the country side this is a great place to be
