Nineteen windows accent this huge open loft from wall to wall overlooking the corner of First Street West and First Ave West right downtown which features the popular Flame Night Club, Aces on 1st and Spurs. You'll also be just a few blocks walking distance to Dubhlinns Irish Pub, the Fon-du-luth Casino, Pizza Luce, Sammy's Pizza, Hanabi, Sala Tai, the Cantonese House, Coney Island and all the fun in Canal Park! Also, the entrance to the famous Duluth Boardwalk is only 2 blocks away. The sandy beaches of Park Point are just on the other side of Canal Park. The place was very clean and smelled wonderful. The artwork was fun and there was lots of accommodations to keep us busy. Overall we had a great time!

This was the perfect loft for our weekend getaway! It had a little something for everyone..hot tub, pool table, games! The location was perfect as well. Walking distance to coffee and shops! We will definitely be back!

We rented Hotel House for our son's wedding and it a great space to hang out with extended family. It was spotless and had all the games and entertainment you can imagine from pool and poker tables to a hot tub and workout room. Very well maintained and host was responsive to all questions. The only thing to be aware of is the bedroom walls are partitions and do not go all the way to the ceiling, meaning sounds carry. Earplugs and eye masks are provided and help significantly. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Duluth with extended family!
