Ideally located in the Clémenceau de la Grière park, near a sandy beach on the Atlantic coast, house of 80 m2 on two floors.
On the ground floor, large bright living room with an open kitchen area with table-bar and a living room open to the exterior.
Laundry area, beautiful bathroom with large shower and double sink, WC and bedroom.
Sunny terrace and garden, facing south, equipped with a dining and relaxation area under the shade of pine trees. Squirrels and birds are often our hosts.
Upstairs, 2 large bright and comfortable bedrooms, WC and water point.
Pleasant heating in winter season.
Provision on request of a baby cot, high chair, bath and changing mat.
Fully equipped house; TV, free internet / WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, plancha, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Senséo coffee machine, hairdryer, dining and relaxation areas.
Parking spaces within the courtyard and possibility of parking in front of the house.
Optional, cleaning 90 euros per stay.
