The property is lovely, in a very quiet village. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom, with separate toilet.Three spacious bedrooms (all doubles), with a cot and fold out single bed available also.Comfortable lounge area, large dining table and outside covered terrace with table/chairs and bbq. The garden is open, with access to the amazing swimming pool and views over the fields beyond. Loads of wildlife to see, birds of prey, owls, insects and we even spotted a (harmless) snake!The gite is in easy reach of nearby towns (closest bakery and supermarket around 15 minutes drive), with Angouleme and Le Rochefoucauld 30-45 minutes away. A great base for exploring the region.

We enjoyed a lovely week at the Gite. The house was a very comfortable , cool, converted barn with a well equipped kitchen / dining room and a nice outside space for eating too. The pool area was lovely - very clean and peaceful. The bathroom is relatively basic with only one (separate) toilet. Lovely comfortable beds and beautiful surrounding countryside. Thank you for a great holiday!

Our overall experience of the rural gite was excellent, very clean and well equipped, perfect clean and enclosed pool, quiet location and many places to explore in the surrounding area. Malika was lovely and even though our French is very limited she had her friend explain anything we were unsure of.
