This is a stunning Florida Style East Hollywood Lake Home with a huge commercial style heated pool and jet spa! This astonishing home is located on a corner, which gives you more privacy. Brand new furnishings, appliances, and decor are throughout this exquisite home. This spacious home, consisting of 2 living rooms, both with flat-screen TV's, and all bedrooms have brand new flat-screen TV's, latest generation 1080p with a great program. There are top of the line appliances in the chef's kitchen. Free washer and dryer inside the house. The dining room overlooks the huge fenced in yard and pool. The open floor plan is perfect for a large family or couples too!
This awesome home is close to everything! Beaches, shopping, restaurants, parks, and lakes! So many activities yet you may not want to leave the home at all! Lounge poolside and enjoy outdoor dining and cooking with the gas grill. Nearby golf, kayaking, nature trails, jet skiing, and parasailing. This is Florida living! Rent a bicycle for the hour, day or week and enjoy a scenic ride along the newly renovated oceanfront Broadwalk, Hollywood's 2.5-mile pedestrian promenade framed by charming cafes, restaurants, and shops as well as boutique hotels, resorts, and quaint seaside inns and bed and breakfasts.
Hop on the trolley to the ArtsPark in Downtown Hollywood to catch a glass blowing demonstration and listen to the singing baobab tree followed by some time spent in the children's play with an interactive fountain delighting the kids with playful bursts of water and an innovative playground designed to stimulate creativity.
Beach chairs and beach towels are provided at the house.

Beautiful home. We were three families and we were so comfortable. There was so much entrainment in the house for everyone. Pool was clean and big for all of us. We will plan our next family vacation stay in this house.

We had a phenomenal time at this property. The beds were all incredibly comfortable, the owner was very communicative, and the pool and game ares were both great places to hang out and have a lovely time. I would definitely stay here again if I take another trip to the area.

We LOVED the house! Definitely met our expectations. The house was very clean & in a great neighborhood. It was located near stores, restaurants & the beach! Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool where they hung out & after 9 pm, took over the pool table. My husband and I enjoyed playing pac-man every chance we got in between times. Overall, we definitely recommend for any family who is looking for a vacation home. Our family would most definitely stay at this location again!!
