About this villa rental
This one-family house is located in an absolutely panoramic location in the Casale Marittimo community, at a distance of only 10 km from the beaches of the Etruscan coast. This 3 hectare property is planted with olive trees, the garden is fenced and the surrounding of the house is well tended and one can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea! The house for 6/7 persons on a 180 sq m living space meets sophisticated demands. It is split in 2 floors, through the entrance on the 1st floor one can reach a spacious 57 square meter open living room which leads in to the dining area and the brick kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The furnished roofed-over terrace and the solarium with the brick barbecue lie in front of the house.
