About this house rental
The house is located on the Amalfi Coast in a splendid position overlooking the sea. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, a large lounge / living room with a sofa bed, a large terrace, a garden with a swimming pool. The house is an independent villa with a private parking. Casa De Angelis is about 90 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two double bedrooms with television and air conditioning, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a large, finely furnished lounge with a double sofa bed with television and air conditioning.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and traditional oven, large fridge with freezer, espresso machine, and extra large gas hob.
Casa De Angelis is equipped with wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating. Parking is included for one car.
In the property there is also a very large equipped swimming pool area (1000sqm) with lawn, shower, sunbeds and deck chairs shared with my family when we are on vacation. From the house through a path of steps and paths in the shade of the lemons you arrive at the splendid "Spiaggia dei Limoni" which is accessed by a private gate. From Casa De Angelis you can reach all the famous resorts of the Amalfi Coast (Cetara, Maiori, Minori, Ravello, Amalfi, Positano) as well as Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, and the beautiful Naples.
With a short ferry trip you can also enjoy the beautiful islands of Capri and Ischia. Casa De Angelis is located between Cetara and Erchie along the Amalfi Coast. Cetara can be reached with a short walk of about 10 minutes, here you will find pleasant bars, restaurants and shops.
The bus stop (SITA SUD) is about 300 meters away

We loved our stay at the De Angelis property! Although it was still a bit cool while we were here, it was lovely. We enjoyed the views from the home and patio. Even took a walk down to the water between rain storms. It was easy to see that the patio and beach would be spectacular in the warmer months! Excellent kitchen with all tools/appliances needed. Onsite parking is also a plus.
Silvio is an excellent host. He made sure we were comfortable with the property, and even assisted with a dinner reservation when we arrived late and tired. Excellent recommendation to dine at Ristorante San Pietro in Cetara.

There is street noise from motorcycles and buses. Buses honk horns until late evening to alert pedestrians and drivers as the road is dangerous.
walk to the beach is 237 steps of climbing. Not practical for all. Be prepared with outdoor water shoes. Once there it was lovely.
There is an ironing board but you will be sharing the iron with the host family.
Bus stop not ideal and neither is walking to town. There is no shoulder on the road for safe walking. This is a mountainous narrow and winding road with heavy traffic.
The bathroom is small with no place for toiletries . Shower was extremely small and hard to close door.
When they say pet friendly you should be ok with the local stray cat hanging out in your space. Most of my family wasn't bothered but we have one family member who is allergic and had to be very aware of the cat hair on some of the outdoor cushions. The cat fight or mating one evening went on a bit long and it would have been nice if we didn't have to endure that.
The DeAngelis family is correct "car recommended" heed that statement. Will be difficult If not familiar with European driving.
Lastly, the address given is not correct. Not sure if this is on the part of Vrbo or host...We hired professional drivers to and from Rome and both stated the address was confusing and inaccurate. The Villa is in Erchie and not Maiori.
The De Angelis Family was attentive to our needs. Beautiful and large outdoor area . Amazing view
