Located on the ground floor, the apartment was easy to find, safe location, simple check in and access code, ample parking, basic supplies provided, and clear departure instructions. Close to UAB. There were multiple air purifiers, which I thought were for humidity. However, there was also a slight odor of cigarette smoke even though no smoking was allowed. We noticed it each time we walked in and some of our clothes left out had a similar smell. I would recommend it if looking for a place outside of the city limits for a great price.

We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great and apartment was very clean. Hostess was awesome allowing us to check in early for wedding events! Highly recommended

The condo was very accessible and nice in every way except that there was a strong smoke odor ! There were air filters running and several plug ins trying to mask the odor but it lingered and was quite unpleasant . I called the host immediately and she offered other locations in the city but we thought we could stick it out , which we did , rather than having to move .
I would love to give this property a higher rating as it was excellent in other ways but don’t feel it is fair to do so - wanted potential future renters to be informed .
