Unwind in comfortable bedrooms, whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or relax in the cozy living room. With 2 bathrooms, free spacious driveway parking, and easy access to local attractions, this is your ideal getaway spot!

➜ The living room features a smart TV from which you can enjoy access to your Netflix or YouTube.
➜ Highspeed internet access
➜ Two (2) clean and sanitized full bathroom with essentials.
➜ In-house washer and dryer machines for added convenience.
➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.
➜ Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, and stove.
➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Availability of six (6) free driveway parking spaces.

Car: Convenient access to major highways makes traveling by car a breeze, allowing you to explore nearby attractions and reach distant destinations with ease.
Bicycle: Embrace the scenic beauty of the area while cycling along well-maintained bike paths and designated routes, providing a healthy and eco-friendly mode of transportation.
Walking: With pedestrian-friendly sidewalks and charming streets, walking is a delightful way to navigate the neighborhood and discover hidden gems at a leisurely pace.
Public Transit: Utilize the efficient public transit system, including buses and trains, for convenient travel to nearby towns, attractions, and transportation hubs.
Ridesharing/Taxi: Easily arrange ridesharing services or hail a taxi for quick and convenient transportation to specific destinations or for exploring areas beyond walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

Pond was not a lake like listing. 4 bedrooms no tvs. Furnace room extremely loud in basement where 2 bedrooms were located. Amenities were lacking volleyball, badminton rackets, horseshoes. 6 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people within 3 nights.
