This was a great place! Steps from the beach and right next to Frenchies Rockway. Very cute decor with modern amenities. Great place to stay and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Cute and functional condo with the most amazing location right next to Clearwater Beach and Frenchy's Rockaway. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.

The listing boasts a pull out sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was broken and bed was inverted so we used pillows to boost up the mattress. This did not fix the issue so my daughter slept side to side on the mattress and we used the bigger pillows to fill the gap so her feet had somewhere to rest at night.
The windows are very light and bright during the day but at night the lights on the walkway facing the pool never are turned off. So all night the light is shining into the room and feels like daylight. I slept with a bathroom hand towel over my eyes. The windows need black out curtains throughout-bedroom and living room.
The Air Conditioner does not pull the humidity out of the air so the apartment feels damp most of the time. In addition, the AC feels the same at 74 as it does at 71 I think it may be on it's last leg.
We chose this apartment because of the location and that was something that was good for us. It is very near everything and felt safe. The pool area is nice and the gate and door access were nice as well with the codes. The apartment was clean and fresh towels. Kitchen was well stocked, but no filtered water or ice in the refrigerator/freezer.
If the sleeping arrangements were better and AC was well controlled I would say this would be the perfect place to stay. I would also chnge the checkout time to 11:00am because 10:00am is too rushed in the morning to do all the check out duties required by the unit (trash, stripping beds, washing dishes, taking the parking pass downstairs, etc etc and getting all your stuff together.
