It has TV, Wi-FI, shower with hot water also outdoors, safe, refrigerator, freezer, barbecue, private covered parking space, washing machine in the laundry room outside the apartment adjacent to the villa, entrance gate to the property (10 . 000 square meters of land natural park of the Tuscan archipelago between Mediterranean scrub and luxuriant gardens bordering directly with the beach of Straccoligno.) With remote control. Driving along 80 meters of private private road you get directly to the sandy beach of Straccoligno, where customers free of charge , sun beds, umbrellas, canoes, surfboards with paddles are available for excursions in the splendid bay of Capoperla. On the beach there are two restaurant bars open from 7:00 to 24:00 the village of Capoliveri is 500 meters away.
For generations I love Elbano my wonderful island and the nature that surrounds it, for this reason I have great respect for it and in my little way I try to do my best to protect it and to sensitize those who don't.

My parents have started to make this wonderful Villa available to guests over the years. We have continued to do it dedicating ourselves with love and passion because nothing makes us happier to see those who have got to know the villa and its fantastic location and come back over the years. receive favorable appreciation for what we offer by trying to make our guests' holidays unforgettable.
The location in itself gives the villa unique and special features. You just have to look around to understand that you have arrived in a true paradise on earth. Nature dominates the green of the Mediterranean scrub, the blue mixed with the green of the sea and the cliffs. that seem extracted from a wonderful painting.
The area which is not immediately overfilled and which is kept green and luxuriant and is in fact a natural park in the Tuscan archipelago, offers those who love nature and those who want to live it to the full, countless possibilities that go from the sea to the mountain, also being able to take advantage of the riches that Mount Magnet offers where it is possible thanks to the bike park to make beautiful mountain bike excursions and wonderful walks to discover the old iron mines history of the town of Capoliveri and the pre-tourist island of Elba.
