The Townhouse Moreton is a welcoming and bright dwelling, ideal for families seeking a comfortable space for a peaceful holiday in the Algarve.
The living and dining room offers a pleasant environment to relax and share group moments, with easy access to the rest of the house.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite, guaranteeing comfort and privacy. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, complemented by an additional bathroom. On the lower floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, perfect for those seeking more independence.
The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary functionality to prepare family meals, while maintaining a practical and welcoming environment.
On the exterior, the pleasant patio with garden furniture invites you to enjoy outdoor meals, surrounded by the green areas of the condominium. The house also has a spacious games room on the lower floor, ideal for moments of fun.
Guests have access to the Oasis Parque leisure centre, with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, large outdoor pools and a café, creating a perfect environment for relaxation.
In a quiet and convenient location, Townhouse Moreton is close to supermarkets, restaurants and the beautiful beaches of the region, offering a practical and memorable stay.
The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Swimming pool access card has an additional cost of €5 per person, per day, from the 7th to the 10th person.
We recommend hiring a car, taking into account the property's location and, if you wish, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

We had a fantastic holiday at Townhouse Moreton. The house is incredibly bright, clean, and very spacious, providing plenty of privacy for our family with the bedrooms distributed across different floors. The kids spent hours in the downstairs game room, which was a huge bonus! We also thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful outdoor patio for our meals and spent a lot of time relaxing at the Oasis Parque leisure center pool and jacuzzi. It is located in a very quiet area but conveniently close to supermarkets and the beach.

The house is wonderful, especially the lower floor which offered a bit of extra privacy and a great games room for the kids. Having an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor was also very convenient for us. The kitchen had everything we needed for our family meals. We also enjoyed dinner at a cozy spot just a short drive from the complex.

We had a fantastic stay at Townhouse Moreton. The house had everything we needed, the location was peaceful and the shared facilities were excellent. We would happily return.

Townhouse thin walls and neighbour has small children so even talking caused nuance to neighbour. Careful with security deposit. We got generic damage message saying deposit will be held due to damage at property. . In the end when we pushed back it was related to some old worn threaded towels that had provided to us. Wish we took pictures of these rags. In end withheld 30 euros. During stay also contacted management about downstair toilet that stopped flushing. Appears issues with water pressure
