Within walking/driving distance to Shops, Museums, Breweries, Parks, Greenbelt, 50 minutes drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Property is located in beautiful Boulder county which is home to many parks and recreation areas in which to hike, picnic, swim, ski, fish, boat, and many other activities such as dinner playhouses, music venues such a Red Rocks Amphitheatre which host many bands, Boulder dinner playhouse, Sunset pool, 6 Flags amusement park, Zoo, Planetarium and Museum of Natural history close by in Denver. The outdoor sunset swimming pool is 6 minutes away.
Red Rocks also has many beautiful areas in which to hike where you can see Colorado's history of the dinosaurs that roamed the area as well as mountain towns where gold mining towns and 4-wheel drive vehicles can take you to the utmost heights to look at the beauty Colorado has to offer. While your touring or skiing make sure to check out our many hot springs where you can relax and soak up the sun or gaze into the stars at night.
On a hot day drive a short distance to Lyons where you can shop, have lunch at the many restaurants, play at the local arcade, and then cool off in the river where everyone gathers to have summer fun. You can also go down Martin Street to the river and enjoy some cool relaxation. Bring your floaty.

Very close to downtown, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Good kitchen and living room and laundry facilities. It was a great place to stay for my two week training I was attending at the time.
