House of 96 m² in retro coast - 3 Bedrooms with 140 beds - 1 Shower room - Parking - the house is 1 km from the village of Apremont, 6 km from the Utile store in Coex and 20 min from Saint Gilles and the beaches. New independent house with fenced garden, Dining room / living room 36 m², TV. Equipped kitchen: Microwave, dishwasher, induction hob ... barbecue, garden furniture, terrace, south-facing garden.

We had a very relaxing two weeks in this tranquil part of the Vendee. The house was spotless and the amenities very modern and easy to use. Despite the warm weather, the house was comfortable and the neighbours quiet. The property is located about 20 min away (by car) from several breathtaking beaches. The area provides many cultural events at various castles, and the locals are friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend this holiday property to other holidaymakers.
