From Monday 6/30/2025 - Sunday 8/10/2025 ALL Reservations will require a six night minimum stay. ONLY during these dates will arrival will be on Monday at 2pm and Departure will be on Sunday at 12pm.

PET POLICY
-Manhattan Point is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement
