This 23rd floor spacious Condo in the heart of Downtown Atlanta in the historic Atlanta Peachtree Towers Building. Enjoy amazing city views from every window.
Perfect location for Business Travel, Stay-cation or Family vacation, close to all the Atlanta attractions. Americas Mart, GWCC, State Farm Arena, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Centennial Olympic Park, Museums, MARTA and much more.
Sleeps 4 - 1 king size bed, 1 Sectional Sofa turns into a queen bed, also 1 leather ottoman that pulls out to a twin size bed.

Comes with everything to make your stay comfortable
Other things to note:
Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run
on a central heating & air system. The building controls the
thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air,
depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC Radiator units. If you
open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you
choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow. No smoking,
pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is
called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential
condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency
please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Concierge: Its a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but
if a neighbor does make too much noise please call concierge staff will
respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after
8pm. This unit does not come with parking. You will need to use one of
the many paid public lots/garages that's conveniently around the
building. Even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy!
You’re conveniently located near several MARTA stations and the Atlanta
Streetcar that connects downtown with the Sweet Auburn neighborhood and
King Historic District for easy public transportation. Downtown and
Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it`s easy to explore on
foot or rent a bike. Trash chutes are located at the end of each
hallway. Check in is 4 PM and Check out is 11 AM unless previously

Overall I did not like this accommodation. I could tell that it has some renovations, but I could also tell it was old. There was hair on my pillow and covers. Some nasty specks on the wall. I told the host that I wanted to check out early but she refused to give me a refund. She sent someone to clean but they did not clean the nasty wall, just changed the bed linens and a fresh bathroom rug ( the previous rug looked like it had not been washed and it is not featured in my photos). There was also a collection of dust on the headboard. I called Vrbo and they were not of much assistance in helping me get a refund. There is no tv in the bedroom. I did not realize this prior to booking. I would not stay here again.
