Welcome to Coastal Cottage Sanibel- A 3 bedroom 2 bath ground level residence in the upscale and highly desirable East End of Sanibel Island. Located a mere minutes from the beach and equidistant to shopping, restaurants, and the causeway, guests will enjoy an unparalleled ease of access to all Sanibel Island has to offer while maintaining quick on and off access to town. The home itself is completely remodeled as of late 2023 with the finest fit and finish one can obtain- Evidenced by the shiplap adorned ceilings and walls, gorgeous chef's kitchen with island, and high end custom made furniture.

This home is divided across three bedrooms and two baths, configured as follows:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with smart TV and en-suite bathroom and pool access.
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Guest Bedroom 2: Dual single beds
Primary Bathroom: Single vanity with walk in shower
Guest Bathroom: Single vanity with walk in shower
Additionally, the home features a beautiful heated and caged pool overlooking the direct access canal that leads directly into the ocean with less than two minutes separating a guest from the dock and the throat of the canal system leading to San Carlos Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The home features a dock with four pilings and a concrete slab, capable of hosting a vessel up to 26 feet long comfortably. The home also features a two car garage, washer and dryer, and high speed internet.

Other Things to Note:
For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
Guests must complete a rental agreement following booking
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed, but give guests the space and privacy they desire.
