Our private studio is located in a condominium hotel, all amenities are maintained by the hotel staff.
The Space:
City & Bay view studio + balcony + full kitchen.
Boats and jet skis are not included in the nightly rate; please inquire directly with the different motor sports rental companies in the area for availability and rates.
Guest Access:
The Studio with Private bathroom + Balcony
Access to the Top Floor Gym ( hours are 6AM to 10PM)
Access to the 8th Floor Pool & Hot Tub & Racketball Courts
Access to the coin-operated Laundry Room
Please note the onsite bar and restaurant are closed for remodeling.
Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle
The Neighborhood:
Convenient to the marina, park, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theaters, retail stores and only a few minutes away from the highway for an easy drive to downtown and all major highways!
Getting Around:
There is a train station about a mile away, it's best to get here by private/ rental car or taxi.
100 yards/meters from Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Shopping & Marina
10 minutes by car to the University of Miami
15 Minutes by car from Brickell
There are 3 elevators, you can expect to wait for 2 -3 minutes during the morning rush hour for an available elevator.
Other Things to Note:
Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle
Kindly note that late check outs are usually not possible, and a check out past 11 AM will be charged a $75 to cover cleaners overtime fees.
Please remember that you are staying in a private studio, not a hotel unit despite that my private property is in a building shared… with a hotel.
You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate. Please let us know if you would like to purchase additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels.
The kitchenette and bathroom are original but well taken care of.
The photos are of the actual unit, however we change furniture, accessories, art work and small appliances when needed. Some of these items may look different than in the pictures in the listing.
Guest must be at least 21 years of age by check in.
Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable occupancy limits) added after the booking will incur a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee.
Please use appliances as they are intended to be used.
We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests.

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
We are not liable the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests.

The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. We do not accept third party reservations or reservation transfers to other guests. The booking guest must be the guest checking in and be present during the entire stay. We reserve the right to cancel non compliant reservations without a refund and vacate individuals from the premises that are not listed on the reservation.

I was in Miami for a little weekend sister reunion and the space was perfect, it looked exactly as pictured. The location was perfect close to cool little places to have coffee and eat but we also were able to cook breakfast when we wanted to. The pool was great. I wish the restaurant and bar were not under renovations I wonder what that would have been like. But that really didn’t matter too much in the end. The owner was very responsive but honestly I did not need him for much because everything was as it should. I was very happy with my experience and would come back again 😊

The condo is small and quaint, but had everything we needed and an absolutely priceless view! Within walking distance to restaurants and walking trail. Great stay.

Joe and Debora’s place was lovely! They were excellent hosts in making sure we were prepared and notified of all instructions for a successful stay. They made themselves available via text for any questions we had. Thank you!
