Occupying in a privileged seafront position, Villa Thalassa, rises amidst a tranquil private, secluded garden. Gazing serenely out over the cobalt waters of the Aegean, it offers bright, welcoming accommodation with plenty of space both for convivial gatherings and more private moments.
Accommodation at the villa is spread over two floors.
The entrance leads from a courtyard garden into a welcoming living room, the kitchen and one of three bedrooms.
Steps lead upstairs to the two remaining bedrooms, one with a private terrace overlooking the Saronic and the other with a super spacious stone gazebo, wrapped in the scents and colors of Bougainville flowers.
The gardens and pool area of the villa, so easily accessed from the living room, make the property ideal for children.
The sea-water pool leads to a lovely shaded lounge area. It is here that al fresco life really comes into it’s own.
Soligia Villas are surrounded by numerous idyllic, secluded bays with clear blue waters. Furthermore, a small bay, on a smooth rock is accessible via private pathways in front of the residence.
The location of Soligia Villas, at close distance from a multitude of spots, is ideal for a number of artistic, cultural, cosmopolitan or adventurous experiences.
Saronic islands, the picturesque town of Nafplio or Athens, which is just 1,5h away, to the priceless historical sites of Greece or a guided tour in one of the leading winery, one can choose among a wide variety of unique experiences.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa with the family and grandparents. We were looking for a quiet getaway and this delivered. Highlights were the pool, open plan living, proximity to a fantastic little area with access to the sea only 2 minutes walk away and multiple beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters within 10 minutes drive. Not close to any shops, but a couple of great restaurants nearby. Very quiet and relaxing, without too many tourists. A really wonderful place for a holiday. We would happily go back,
