This Sapphire Village remodeled Large Studio unit is tastefully decorated with a tropical theme, has a new quiet modern split unit AC, new king-size orthopedic mattress with extra comfortable pillows. Travertine flooring throughout. The unit can be totally darkened via shutter) for customers wanting to sleep in or take an afternoon nap after a beautiful day at the beach.

Sapphire Village Resort Condo:
Enjoy our smoke-free, fully air-conditioned, Studio with beautiful unobstructed views of the nearby islands of St. John and the British Virgin Islands. This unit is located 8 min walk down hill walk (within the complex ) to the beautiful white sand Sapphire Beach and its protected tropical coral reefs and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, TV, blender, toaster, hairdryer, etc. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler are available for our guests.
On-premises, there are several freshwater pools, a restaurant, and a bar located next to the lower pool.
At the adjacent Sapphire Marina, one can rent jet skis, powerboats, and charter other larger boats and sailboats to cruise, fish, snorkel, and scuba dive or simply do some island hopping to nearby St John and the BVI.
Sapphire Village is located less than ½-mile from the inter-island ferry docks of Red Hook and the American Yacht Harbor Complex, where there are many restaurants, bars, and shops. In addition, Red Hook offers other convenient services such as a bank, pharmacy, and various food stores.
Coki Point Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, and the horseback riding stables are located 10 minutes away by car, taxi, or bus. Magens Bay, Mahogany Run Golf Course, and the duty-free shops of downtown Charlotte Amalie are located about 20 minutes away depending on traffic.
Other: The Sapphire Bar and Restaurant, Coin laundry available are on-premises. Taxi and Car Rental services are available at Sapphire Beach Resort.

The location is amazing, you do not have to leave the resort if you don’t want to! Everything was very clean, only thing was the stove doesn’t work very well so don’t depend on any home cooked fancy meals. Besides that, everything was great and we’d absolutely stay again!

This unit is on top of a very steep hill, like in San Francisco, at the end of Sapphire Village. Be warned, if you are walking anywhere, you will have to walk up this very steep hill when you return! Also, there is not 24/7 property management. The manager does not work every day and won't be able to supply you with something from the locked storage closet until she returns to duty. This is an example of one of the many things that sets apart a condo rental from a hotel.
There is no balcony and the windows don't really open, but there is a pretty water view from the room and it's conveniently close to the safari bus stop to RedHook, village pool and local restaurant. The beach is about a 15 min walk and there is a laundromat on the grounds. Though it is a relatively large studio compared to another studio where we stayed in Sapphire Village, there is not a lot of storage space, which can be a challenge if you are there a while and have two people. Overall, though, it was an ok place to stay for a few nights in the lovely Sapphire Beach area. The only major upset was when the owner took 12 hours to reply about extending our time after our flight was changed.
