About this apartment rental

Large tastefully furnished 2 room apartment (56m2), air conditioned, with wonderful views to the sea and the mountains of the Estérel. The large swimming pool is pleasantly hidden, like an oasis, in a 10 000m2 secure park with mature trees and palm trees. Almost all year round you can have breakfast on the deep loggia or lunch while enjoying the sea view. The kitchen is new and modern equipped with espresso / filter coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer etc. The living room has a very practical and comfortable sofa bed (lying area 140x200cm), TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. The 2 beds in the large bedroom are each 90x200cm in size. Bathroom and separate toilet are located next to the bedroom. Electric blinds are available in the living room and bedroom.
Underground parking (for cars not higher than 1,80m).
Restaurants, bakery and supermarket less than 200m away. The picturesque old town of Cannes with its narrow streets and famous restaurants and the interesting market "Marché de Forville" is about 500m away. All sports facilities such as golf and water skiing on site. The very favorable location of this apartment allows a holiday in Cannes without a car! Very good bus connections to Nice and Monaco. Beautiful excursions (by car) into the hinterland to famous old villages such as Saint Paul de Vence, Eze or the perfume town of Grasse. Saint-Tropez and Monaco can be reached in about an hour by car.
The train that runs along the coast, does not bother much.

Just returned to the US from a fabulous week in the Côte d'Azur with my two young sons. Marianne was delightful and met us for check-in. She showed us all of the ins and outs of the property. The apartment was extremely safe and well appointed and we enjoyed the amenities from a washing machine to blackout shades. The kids and I especially enjoyed the very short walk to the pool and the sea. Location was terrific for all there is to enjoy in Cannes. I'd love to return one day!

This apartment is as described, facilities, appliances etc. Nicely furnished with plenty of space for two. My husband and I stayed for a week and my daughter joined us for a few days. She slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable and easy to use. At no time did we feel overcrowded. Our bedroom was very spacious with plenty of hanging space and shelves. Bathroom is modern with a good shower and there is a separate w.c. There were plenty of towels and the whole apartment was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you wanted to cook dinner etc. The lounge has a dining table for four, a tv and sofa.. We usually had breakfast at the table on the balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea and the odd cruise hip, sometimes lunch, but most evenings we ate at the one of the nearby restaurants. The apartment is in a good location and it is less than a five minute walk to the restaurants overlooking the sea. Maybe 10-15 minutes and you are in the centre of Cannes. The beach is also only a five minute walk. There is a lovely bakery nearby and a supermarket within 10 minutes. It is a very convenient area. If you don't want to walk along the seafront there is a bus stop at the front of the property within 2 minutes, and the bus service to the centre of Cannes is very frequent. Although it was mid September we used the swimming pool each day. The gardens are extremely well kept a delight to walk through. We have stayed in this area a few times but this apartment was definitely the most convenient for us as we did not have a car and could easily use public transport. We had not planned to do any sightseeing, but it would be easy to get to the main bus station and the train station if you wished. The owner was very helpful regarding any queries I had and always responded very quickly and did all she could to make us feel welcome. I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends of ours.
