James provided all needed information at just the right time. The unit is super clean, updated, and very well appointed. The kitchen even had a French Press and a coffee grinder! The coffee snob in me was especially thrilled! The view of the palm trees and ocean was great and we enjoyed the pool area as well. It was exactly what we needed and was quiet and relaxing. Thank you!!

Kitchen was fully stocked. Master bedroom was comfortable. The location is the bomb. Best snorkeling ever and we’ve traveled a lot. It’s right across the street. It’s not a beach for kids to play in the water so much, but for teen’s snorkeling and surfing is wonderful. It’s not a resort area which is another plus. Close to a shopping plaza with a really nice grocery store and several restaurants. Parking was easy. Pool is cute. Great stay.

We had a lovely stay here. When we arrived the condo AC was not working but contact with management resulted in quick resolution. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator, wonderful for carrying in suitcases and groceries. It was well appointed, quiet, with lovely lanai and window views of mountains/ beach/ocean. Had coffee every morning on that good sized lanai. There is a nice snorkeling beach across the street. The pool was clean and hot tub wonderful. The unit is close to many things and there is a bus/trolly that runs between shopping center and downtown Kailua if you don't want to drive. Lots of parking at unit. Would stay there again. Thank you
