This home boasts a heated pool and spa, along with a private movie theater/arcade room. Remarkable highlights include a 'Back to the Future' Theater/Arcade adorned with custom Harry Potter murals, a 'Star Wars' tie fighter-themed bunk bed in your exclusive 'Space Dock,' with custom slides, 'Fast and the Furious' Super Bike side-by-side racing games | 'Aliens' Arcade shooting game and a 'Mickey Mouse Playhouse'
The Main house and an Annex separated by the Courtyard and Pool. It is great for multiple families or for the Teens and Tweens to enjoy some independence in their own “house”.
The expansive dining and kitchen area, designed with an open-plan layout, provides an ideal space for the entire family to gather, cook, and enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen is both bright and modern, featuring granite countertops and high-end appliances.
As the day winds down, the fun continues with a choice of 5 deluxe bedrooms. Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Had a greatbstay for a family of 5. We were celebrating my son's college graduation. The home was clean with all working appliances, and an abundance of entertainment for the entire family. We would definitely return for another stay!

My kids as well as the adults LOVED the pool and the jacuzzi , the patio furniture needs a little cleaning, but the pictures did not do this place any justice. This place was so clean, WiFi was really good, the movie theater room was so cute and the neighborhood was perfect. They had enough appliances for you to cook in the kitchen, the themed rooms were really nice. My only issue was that at night there are no blinds or curtains downstairs.

Thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at this house. The kids loved the game room and the theme decorated rooms. We would recommend this house.
