Our completely and thoughtfully renovated Sunrise trailside townhome is perfect for families or a couples getaway! 2 en-suite bedrooms, living/dining room + extra lower level family room with TV, sleeper sofa and futon. I have a personal site at GoSlopeside with all of my listings.

Ski home at lunch or the end of the day for a unique on-mountain experience, no vehicles, parking lots and hassle! Visit the commons for indoor plus outdoor pools, hot tub, steam room, gym or swing by Sunrise Cafe for lunch or dinner.
Sunrise lift is generally available for ski in/out from December holidays through Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge in early April.

Summer and Fall at Sunrise
Sunrise Village at Killington is also a great place for a summer or fall foliage vacation! You can find many activities for all ages such as golfing at Green Mountain National or Killington's golf course; hiking at Pico, Killington, Deer's Leap, or the Long Trail; biking at Killington or Pico; swimming a short drive to either the Chittenden Dam, or Echo Lake; fishing in our nearby rivers such as the White River or Ottaquechee River; or have a fun day at the new Adventure Center with all season mountain coaster, lift served biking, ropes course, zip line and more! Private amenities such as an outdoor pool, tennis courts and the Falls Brook Common Clubhouse which offers an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center and wi-fi internet. Killington also operates the K1 gondola for great sight seeing or downhill mountain biking!

The home was perfect for our weekend getaway with the slope trail being so close and upfront it made things a lot easier for all of us. The rooms were perfect, clean and comfy and had everything in the kitchen you can think of to cook with. We arrived in a bad snow storm so the plows were not out to salt or plow and it was extremely difficult getting up the mountain roads with our vehicle. There were quite a few people stuck and some accidents along the way also. Do plan on snow in winter so make sure your vehicle is able to climb the roads ! Shop before arriving at the nearest grocery store there is not really another one close by. Overall the place was very nice. The closets weren’t in order tho very messy folding of the sheets and extra blankets. The people that rented in before us made a fire and never cleaned the ashes and wood out and neither did the cleaning crew( who knows even if one came) there was garbage behind the garbage bin in the cabinet that looks like it was there for some time. My husband and I cleaned the fireplace even tho we didn’t use it because we are not like that and didn’t want to get blamed for not cleaning it ! I also cleaned out the garbage bin. Maybe the owner should think about a different cleaning crew to at least straighten up the closet that are very messy looking ! Bathrooms were great it was nice having two ! I would consider renting again in the future.

Clean, comfortable condo. It worked well for our family. I think because we came early in season it may need a little TLC. Overall worked out well for us.
