A beautiful unit with breathtaking oceanfront views. Spectacular and spacious, Professionally Decorated DELUXE one bedroom/one bathroom oceanfront PENTHOUSE in Paradise Resort! This resort is one of the newest oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach, opening its doors in 2006.
This unit is located on 20th floor in Paradise Resort with a covered parking garage. You enter the condo in a hallway which leads to the kitchen. The bedroom is completely separated on the left and has two queen beds. The new updated kitchen has granite countertop and is fully equipped with extra appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, electric can opening, gadgets and service for eight guests.
The designer decorated living room contains a queen size sleeper sofa, a pull-down murphy bed, a single-size sofa, table with four chairs, FLAT SCREEN HD TV plus hi speed wireless internet connection right in the unit. Lots of linen and towels, service for 8, and everything you could want for a great vacation! The linens are replaced annually. The spacious balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is Oceanfront and THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee.

My husband and I have stayed at this resort for many years, we wanted to try something different vs booking thru the resort. The experience was painless but our expectations were completely different than what we thought. I think because we felt we were staying in someone’s “home” it would have everything we needed and more, but that wasn’t the case. This room need work and although the owner was every receptive and dealt with the few immediate issue, the room still needs much love and care. The fridge, stove and toaster need replacing, we didn’t use the later 2 and we stayed 23 days. No sharp knives, no blender, no juice jug, and same very uncomfortable furniture in the living room. Ice machine right out side the bedroom window was an issue late in the night too!! All in all it’s a good resort and Frank was a great host!’

More than enough room for a family or even a guys or girls trip.
Large garden tub/shower that never runs out of hot water.
Pools and Facilities cleaned thoroughly every morning before opening to guests.

Enjoyed this condo on penthouse level for 2nd summer in a row…beautiful view of beach and ocean! Everything you would need is provided, including quality towels and some toiletries. Perfect for family. Very clean, convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. Communication w/property mgr is also good.

Overall good. The unit was dirty in some places and the foldgers coffee canister was opened and halfway used. But overall a good unit.
