Our family, my husband, myself, and our young adult son, enjoyed our 3- night stay. We found the unit very clean, with a well- appointed kitchen. We loved sitting outside taking in the view on the 2 balconies, as well as the patio. We also appreciated that both bedrooms have a full bathroom, affording extra privacy. We loved that we were in walking distance to many beautiful trails, yet convenient to groceries and gas. The owner was immediately responsive when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is a nice size: however it is in DIRE need of some love. The TVs did not work, remote controls did not work (even with new batteries), the upstairs bathroom with the tub/ shower is filled with black mold that had been caulked over. The other shower did not drain....3 inches of standing water. The washer was filled with black mold as well. I would not recommend anyone to stay here until the mold issue at a minimum is corrected. Needs new paint throughout.

In general, very comfortable and a convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. For us, as older adults, the stairs, which are steep, were difficult. Also, the second bathroom needs updating. The bathtub is very high and difficult to step over, the water is very strong and the tub is slippery. Also, although it is common in these places to find a lack of kleenex and napkins, they'd be much appreciated. If you are a young or middle-aged person, these things would likely not seem bothersome. I appreciated the quick and courteous communication with the owner. And the patio was nice to spend the evening. It was way too hot to use the hot tub, so I can't comment on that. I would maybe go again as it is reasonably priced and comfortable, but not until the cooler months of fall arrive.

Would recommend this townhouse. Great for families. Spacious living rm and kitchen. Bathroom for each bedroom. Balconies next to each bedroom and a spacious patio. We treat rental homes with the same care that we treat our home. Like shoes off at the door, cleaning up after every meal. So we really appreciate it when a rental is very clean when we enter it. This place was well-kept. The place had many small extras that enhance the stay. Needed a cooler for a day trip. Found a large cooler and a small soft cooler. Remote control battery was dying. We found extra batteries in a drawer. Red Rock parking pass that owner provided saved us from having to pay for parking in some of the sightseeing areas. Owner accommodates requests and is quick to respond to messages.

We had a great stay in Village of Oak Creek. The townhome was clean, views were great, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location was perfect. We walked to multiple meals out and to the grocery store. Great hikes were very close, some even walkable. When a dear stuffed animal was left by mistake, the owner was quick to respond and help it find its way home!

We had a nice quiet and relaxing stay and dick was nice enough to let us check in a little early which we were grateful for since we had a tired cranky baby. Kitchen was well stocked with your basics even some extras like condiments and popcorn. A couple few minor complaints are they could update coffee machine… it took foreverrrrrr just to get a couple cups worth. condo could use some new towels. They felt very crusty and smelled musty even after washing them. Maybe their washing machine could use a deep cleaning? Same with extra blankets they felt and smelled dirty. Really enjoyed the hot tub, board games and the red rock parking pass provided in check in book! :)

The townhouse is great; just as described with everything we could possibly need on hand. We like staying Oak Creek, just outside Sedona proper. With beautiful red rock formations all around and hiking for every level as well as restaurants and shopping without the hectic crowds that can be present in Sedona. We were very comfortable at this property and certainly enjoyed the hot tub under the stars after a day of hiking.

The townhome was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The PROS: 1. The private hot tub was the highlight of every evening after hiking! 2. The kitchen is enormous and very well appointed. We cooked multiple nights and had everything we needed. 3. Having 3 bathrooms for 4 people was fantastic 4. The location was great for us as it was far enough from the traffic of Sedona but only a 10 min drive away 5. The place is large enough that the 4 of us had plenty of space and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. 6. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was amazing and we all came home with clean clothes that just needed to be unpacked The CONS: 1. The beds are a bit small but we are used to a king so might not be an issue for others. They also weren't the most comfortable. 2. The showers were nice but the adjustable showerheads were hard to manage. The choices were super strong water pressure that pounded on your head and used up the hot water very quickly or a light drizzle that barely got you wet. 3. The toaster in the kitchen needs to be replaced. I felt like it might catch fire every time we used it :( Overall, the pros definitely outweighed the cons and we really enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely recommend the place to others!

The apartment/town house is fabulous. Really clean, spacious and has all the amenities you would need for your stay. It is central for the main walks (minutes from Bell Rock) and plenty of choice for meals close by. We ate Red Rocks breakfast twice - food is fantastic!! Communication with Richard, the owner was excellent and it was nice to meet him briefly on our departure. We’d definitely stay again. Sedona and surrounding area is just stunning!’

We were two couples. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms made it extra nice for us. It is out of all the traffic from downtown Sedona. Beautiful scenery, hot tub and nice area outside to sit or eat. Kitchen and living room were very nice and good to see a couple of recliner chairs, bathroom on the main level and the comfortable couch made into another bed. It was so nice and relaxing. We will go back.

My husband, adult daughter & I recently had the privilege of staying at this well-appointed property. The location in Oak Creek Village was perfect for all of our hiking treks in the Sedona area. In the evening we were able to enjoy all of the nearby restaurants, grocery store and views of the mountains. The townhome has a 6-person hot tub that we thoroughly enjoyed every evening! The property owner was extremely attentive to our needs and is an excellent and prompt communicator. We would definitely return to this ideal property!
