Bella Casa is an 1100 Sq. Ft. "No Smoking" Condo with 2 King bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces and 2 lovely outdoor private patios. A fully equipped cooks kitchen with gas stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of dishes and utensils, spices and oils, full size fridge, iron and board, full size front loading washer & dryer (detergent and softeners provided) as well as basic cleaning supplies. This should make your trip Easy and Relaxing!
Bella Casa is Less than one walkable mile/driving distance to the Plaza, Canyon Road, Art Markets, Grocery Stores and Restaurants! Both King Bedrooms and the Living Area have Flat Screen TV's (Basic Cable and a few extras) as well as Excellent High Speed WiFi. (Bring your codes to watch any special channels of your own.)
Located on a quiet tree lined residential street in South Capitol, this area is one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods in Santa Fe. High ceilings with exposed Vigas, a light infused kitchen and living area with views to both front and back landscaped private outdoor patios. A Kiva Fireplace with Battery Operated Candles indoors and a Wood Burning Chiminea (wood provided) for those cooler evenings on the Back Patio. Patio Tables and additional Seating are on both patios.
The Highest speed internet available is included, for those working/keeping in touch during their stay. All access codes are displayed in the condo.
Bella Casa is in the Old Trails Condominium Complex which was built in 1983 on the site of a former estate. The condo is located less than a mile from the center of the Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Road. These destinations form a "Circle on the Map" for fabulous walking or driving adventures. We are so close to Downtown that the Saint Francis Cathedral’s bells can be heard on the patios!
If you are traveling with a larger group, I have a few neighbors on the same street who are also Hosts, and coordinating housing is possible when booking in advance.
Enjoy the downtown Plaza located in the center of Santa Fe, Galleries, Artist Studios, Museums, Loretto Chapel, the Opera, Music Festivals, Canyon Road, Meow Wolf, Farmers Markets, and Art Shows along with Excellent Restaurants. A short drive away you will find Wineries, Spas, Golfing, Skiing, Fly-fishing, Hiking, and Cycling!
The Sky Railway departs from downtown at The Railyard and offers trips for Star-Gazing, Music, Wine adventures and More! Truly a Unique Experience!
Day trips are easily accomplished throughout Northern New Mexico including Taos, Red River, Los Alamos, multiple Indian Reservations, as well as many Casinos. Some of my local favorites are the Cooking Classes available at Santa Fe School of Cooking as well as Art Classes of all kinds (even Glass Blowing!) at several local venues.
The Albuquerque Airport is less than an hour away by car with the recently expanded Santa Fe Airport south of the condo only 15-20 minutes away. Both have Rental Car opportunities on sight and service multiple airlines.
The Two King bedroom & bathroom spaces are separated with one up 9 steps from the main living area and one down 8 steps, which proves to be especially nice for guests privacy. Both of the bedrooms have large closets with plenty of hangers and luggage racks for your convenience.
No matter what brings you to New Mexico, I believe you will truly enjoy your time at Bella Casa! This will be a place to call home while you are away!

What a perfect place for our stay in Santa Fe!! The location was amazing. We were able to walk to downtown, Canyon Road and the Railyards with ease. The condo itself was just perfect. Though it's not a huge condo, the layout was fantastic. My friend and I each had our own space, where we could have our quiet time and then the common spaces were delightful. Diane, the host thought of everything!! Everything was clearly labeled, which I really appreciated. It is the most well stocked vacation rental that I've ever been in, from umbrellas to mesh bags for laundry. Every day we mentioned how well cared for we felt by the thoughtfulness and abundance of the space. Diane was so wonderful to communicate with. She is a gem of a person and this is a gem of a place. We will definitely stay here again!

This house was beyond perfect and the host was so responsive and helpful! She was so thoughtful in her details provided within the house, all remotes labeled, lighting labeled, kitchen instructions labeled, it was so helpful. All the usual items that most rentals give you one or two as a "starter kit" were in abundance and it was so nice not to have to run to the store because we needed one more dishwasher pod or trash bag (when we would have to buy 20) to get thru our stay. All these small thoughtful things made the house all the better. The house was clean, everything you could want was provided in the kitchen, AC worked great, each bath had plush towels, the beds were comfy, I could go on and on. The patio was so enjoyable, we ate meals out there, sat and enjoyed a glass of wine, it was just lovely! The location was great. I would highly recommend this house - it was a 10 out of 10.

Charming Bella Casa provided everything we needed for a delightful and comfortable stay in Santa Fe. We especially enjoyed meals on the back patio and the convenience of walking into downtown.

A wonderful hidden gem in Santa Fe! Beautifully decorated condo in a great location….close to everything! Beds were so comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our host Diane was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Santa Fe!
