About this house rental

Home away from home. Our home is simple but elegant in a kid friendly environment located a short distance from the park. Enjoy the comforts of the quiet and casual atmosphere. After a long day at Sea World, Six Flags, Riverwalk/Alamo etc... come and relax in our 1500 sq. ft. home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room (w/washer, dryer, iron and ironing board) cozy living room, dinning room (seat 8 people) and our beautiful 216 sq ft deck/patio area with one large table (seat 4 people) and a 10' umbrella; we also have a small table (seat 2-4 people) with a 7' umbrella to provide maximum shade and comfort during the summer months. An outdoor sofa is also provided for additional seating and comfort. We also have a charcoal grill on the deck for the 'Grill Master' and novice.

As advertised everything looked and felt great from the start. Only down side is, the bunk bed in one of the rooms wasn't sturdy and we kept unused due to fear of breaking it. There was no spare bedsheets if we wanted. Kitchen was great, we had all the necessary utensils & spices for cooking. Ideal location for Sea world and Aquatica. Finally, the showers weren't working all too well and the half bathroom door wouldn't lock. I would've rated 5 star if not for these issues I listed. It's been a pleasure staying at this place.

We had the absolute best vacation in San Antonio and a big part of that was choosing this VRBO. It was exactly as advertised and just so perfect! The check in process was super easy, the location of the house couldn’t of been better! Just right down the road from Sea World and so many stores/food options around as well, and not too far from down town. The house was clean, and had several mini features that made the trip even more fun - like board games available and a Roku on the TV. The hosts were extremely friendly and super helpful from start to finish. The guests I had with me on the trip were super impressed with the house as well, everything was truly perfect and I can’t wait to stay again!

Owner was very communicative and prompt. House was spacious, clean, and well apportioned. As described in the listing. Parking is tight with a single car driveway. We had a compact car and truck. Had to put the car in the garage or else use designated street parking down the block.

The patio and BBQ Grill the house beautiful was enough room for us, kids enjoyd the park down the street. Property Owners was available for any questions or any concerns that we had and I really do appreciate that. The only thing was scary because we couldn't get the key back into the the alarm system thing and they told us what to do about that so it was all good
