About this house rental
Villa Stanisi is a beautifully restored holiday home with private pool, several terraces and a spacious, well-kept garden. The property is surrounded by nature, with beautiful views of vines, green meadows and fields.
With its 200 m² on three floors, it can accommodate 5 to a maximum of 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for families.
The 200-year-old farmhouse with its thick natural stone walls has been restored with great attention to detail in the Istrian country house style. Special emphasis was placed on the use of local materials.
On the ground floor is the modern equipped, spacious kitchen (espresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine) with a cozy dining table for up to 8 people and direct access to the garden via a covered terrace. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor and a spacious bedroom (fireplace room with sofa bed) with private entrance. On the 1st floor is a very large living room with a cozy corner sofa, a large TV / SAT with Blu-ray / DVD player and a Playstation. From the living room there is access to the covered terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding meadows and fields and access to the garden via the outer stone staircase. On the first floor are also 2 bedrooms, a large with 2 single beds together and a smaller one with a single bed and extendable second bed. A staircase leads to the 2nd. Floor. There, under the roof, there is another bedroom with double bed, and a separate spacious bathroom with bath and toilet. From 2. Floor you can enjoy the view over the surrounding villages and landscapes to the sea.
If you are looking for a peaceful holiday destination, live in an Istrian stone house and do not want to miss out on comfort, you will feel particularly comfortable in the Villa Stanisi.
The well-maintained spacious garden with its native plants offers plenty of space to relax. There is a covered and a free terrace in front of the kitchen and a large terrace in front of the pool, which is equipped with 8 loungers. The tiled pool measures 24 m², it has a very comfortable entry through a staircase. Those looking for a shady spot can retire under the kiwi-entwined pergola. Next to it is a large brick barbecue that invites to barbecue evenings. The terraces are laid with natural stone tiles, an old natural stone wall overgrown with ivy separates the garden from the village street. The property is completely fenced.
There is enough space for children to play and there is a large open lawn in the garden.

An amazing property and setting in Staniši , North of Pula Istria in Croatia. Our first time as a family in this location made easy by the perfect remote hosts Robert and Inken - great recommendations for bakeries, restaurants and places to visit. The house is fully equipped a great place to explore, rest and recuperate. A huge thank you from Scotland.

My family and mother-in law had a wonderful relaxing two week break chilling by the pool. The house is very comfortable and if you love cooking it’s one of the best equipped I have seen which makes life easier. The location is pretty good not to far from the coast and hill villages with a little food shop for basics 5 minutes away. One thing I loved about this area it’s a little out of the way from the main tourist areas so gave it a more relaxed atmosphere. The area around the villa is beautiful with olive groves and vineyards and if you are active great for cycling or walking.
