With sleeping arrangements for up to 33 people, this home is ideal for group getaways, reunions, and entertaining your nearest and dearest. Two covered decks in front and in back of the home are wonderful for cooking on the two gas grills, dining al fresco in the sunshine, and taking in the awe-inspiring scene of the La Sal Mountains.

The area around Moab is known for its slick rock bike riding and unlimited 4x4 trails, with dining options in town that range from the casual to the upscale. There's no shortage of stunning natural beauty for you to explore with your friends and loved ones!

The house as a whole is beautiful and beyond our expectations. There were some kitchen cleanliness issues. I spoke with the owner and we resolved them quickly. My only thought is for a house that sleeps so many, it was difficult to cook in small pans to feed the amount of people we had. To make spaghetti i had to boil water in 4 small pots to make 4 lbs of pasta. Leaving no pots or burners to make sauce... it would be helpful to offer large pots for larger groups. Otherwise this location is ideal. The accessories tv, wifi, bbq, backyard... were excellent condition.

Lots of beds, nice big dining table, good size kitchen. Just not very clean, dust on most flat surfaces and dirty baseboards. they need better pest control, we had mice and insects visiting us. The ice maker didn’t work and the filtered water on the refrigerator was only a trickle. Some of the bedding sheets were stained, washed but stained. Water pressure was low in the showers. Otherwise a good location and good hosts.
