About this apartment rental
Our studios have fully equipped kitchenettes, with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Our studios also offer dvd player, with a free movie library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. A studio is perfect for mom, dad and a couple of children. We do not recommend a studio for four adults! Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them. Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

My boyfriend & I stayed here & really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for Yosemite & hiking. I felt things were as pictured & described in the listing. Had basic amenities we needed to meal prep & an electric grill that was nice. The shower head is a little lower but possible to work with. The floors seemed like they could use a good scrubbing. Had the opportunity to see a black bear from the balcony above & it was so cool! We would stay hear again. A good deal for staying inside the park but outside the hustle/bustle, without paying the more expensive prices for the fancy hotels/lodges. Thankyou

This studio was the perfect size for 2 people and very comfortable. Enjoyed our weekend in yosemite and loved that it was only 30 min from yosemite valley. It had all everything we needed to be comfortable.

This property was good enough for our purposes. I feel I wasn’t given information about the distance from Yosemite valley - 30 minutes.
It was heated with the automatic propane fireplace which woke me up with fire light flashing in my eyes. The view outside our window was of an unkempt nature.
