Come stay in this beautiful house with a basement, located 300 meters from Thar Beach, in a quiet residential area, with single-story living.
The ground floor features a beautiful, spacious living room with a lounge/dining room, a separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a utility room/laundry room, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub + shower stall), and a separate toilet.
The upper floor consists of a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a games room with a sofa bed, a sitting/reading area, a second bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy a large, landscaped garden area, as well as a terrace with garden furniture, from where you can admire the sea in the distance on summer evenings.
